IEM was founded to help mall and shopping center developers and owners provide superior service to their tenants through leading edge waste reduction management programs.

From tenant education and retention, to roll-out of recycling programs, we have the processes, the expertise, the technology and the experience to provide you and your tenants with cost-effective waste reduction management services.
