Andy Goldstrom

Andy is responsible for the overall performance and strategic direction at IEM. Previously, he served as an executive at Johnson Controls in their Global Workplace Solutions Division. Prior to that, Andy was a Senior Partner with USI, a national commercial tenant representation firm that was purchased by Johnson Controls in 2005. He developed and maintained exclusive national/global client relationships with companies such as Ryder, Sonoco, Delta Air Lines, Interface, Randstad and Beazer Homes, to name a few. Andy graduated from the University of Connecticut with an MBA in Finance and Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems.

Bill McCann
|
Bill is responsible for leading the sales organization at IEM. Previously, he spent three years successfully raising equity for retail, office, and mixed-use projects. Prior roles include leading a several business units for an organization that partnered with commercial building owners, including direct participation with national REITS. With over 10 years of commercial real estate experience, Bill previously lead top-tier sales organizations for AT&T and Broadband Office. He speaks frequently at industry events throughout the US. Bill is a member of Buildings Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) member, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) member, (ICSC), and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He received his Marketing and Business Administration Degree at Roosevelt University.

Craig Melton
|
Craig is responsible for IEM’s day-to-day operations. Previously, he served as Account Director at Johnson Controls, managing the Ryder System real estate portfolio. Prior to that, Craig managed a commercial real estate development firm, directed diverse client accounts with a Chicago-based management consulting firm and was responsible for the corporate real estate functions of several Fortune 500 corporations. Craig attended Brown University and is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia, Florida and Tennessee.

Bill Edmonds

Bill is responsible for day-to-day financial operations including: billing, pricing, accounts receivable, audit as well as controller and accounting staff. Previously, he served as Manager of Financial Analysis at AT&T, where he spent 12 years managing various aspects of their financial processing and reporting. Bill graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelors degree in Management/Accounting. He also attended Emory University where he received his MBA. Bill is a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia.
