Regional Operations Manager
Description:
This position will develop and support a strategic alliance with business partners. Participate in cross functional activities focused on solving business issues and enhancing our competitive advantage. Provides strategic direction and sets priorities for properties in the portfolio. Coordinates compliance standards with dispatch; process and procedure compliance; will require overnight travel and local driving in personal vehicle.
This position will be responsible to:
- Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction of the properties. Able to make specific recommendations for cost reduction and profit improvement.
- Maintain expense controls and collects outstanding balances from tenants.
- Assess the strengths and opportunities of each property for feedback with the Regional Director (RD).
- Teams with Operations Managers
- Timely reporting as required by the Regional Directors. Complete property checklists on each visit.
- Review of waste and recycling programs to maximize profits.
- Be familiar with local vendors and establish relationships as best benefits the customers.
- All properties are run in compliance with IEM standards and policy.
This position carries the minimum requirements of:
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Capable in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Able to commute to mall and other client locations; extensive travel
- Climb stairs
- Moving about customer sites is required, sometimes in tight spaces
- Lift up to 50 pounds, bending, squatting
- Work with little or no daily direction
